Chef Matthew and his team hosted my wife's 30th birthday celebrations with a carribean inspired fine dining experience and it was incredible. He communicated clearly and regularly in advance, brought all his own equipment and they left our kitchen even cleaner than they found it. The food was amazing and despite being big foodies, was unlike anything we'd eaten before. Matthew was calm, efficient and tidy throughout. I couldn't recommend booking him enough, you'll have an evening to remember and some of the best food you'll have eaten!

Matt supplied lunch for our company, and the quality of his Jamaican-themed food was miles ahead of what we usually receive. We were all amazed by what he delivered to our workplace - without question, by far the best caterer we have used so far. The quantity and quality of the food were excellent value for money, and I would recommend him in a heartbeat.

Matthew did a wonderful evening for my friends 60th birthday. We are 4 ladies, that enjoy cooking, so we cooked the starter with him. Amazing.
While we were cooking his assistant prepared the dining room for us to eat.
Wow we were blown over.
They had brought every thing from plates, cutlery, tablecloth, candles, flowers, cocktails, wine, dry ice it was stunning.
Matthew continued to Wow us with 4 further courses. Matthew and his assistant had so much charisma you just can't help liking them. 😍
At the end of the evening, the kitchen and dining area were spotless. All the pots, pans, tableware Matthew had brought were packed up and taken away, so nothing for us to do.
